Why Ilshin

One clear advantage: silicone-free, water-based chemistry

Most release and anti-tack agents are silicone-based or solvent-borne. Ours are neither — which is exactly why they work where the others cause problems.

Silicone-Free

No silicone contamination — ideal where bonding, painting or food-contact processing follows.

Water-Based & Eco-Friendly

Operator-safe, low-odor, no solvent fumes, easy warm-water cleanup.

Proven Quality

ISO 9001 / 14001, supplying global hose and tire makers. TDS / SDS / COA on request.

Products

A focused line for rubber hose & tire processing

Water-based release agents, anti-tack agents and process chemicals — non-silicone at the core — each available with technical data sheets and free trial samples.

Rubber Process Chemicals

HR-908

Mandrel Release Agent — ACM/AEM Hose

Non-silicone, water-based mandrel release agent for ACM/AEM (acrylic) rubber hose vulcanization. Applied undiluted; warm-water washable.

  • Excellent lubrication, small & large bores
  • Silicone-free — clean downstream bonding/painting
  • Washable with warm water (≥70 °C)
NEWMOL-A

Release Agent — EPDM/SBR/NBR Hose

Non-silicone, water-based vulcanization release agent for rubber hose; excellent lubrication on EPDM, SBR and NBR compounds.

  • Curved & straight, small & large hoses
  • Improves yield and surface quality
  • Warm-water washable, eco-friendly
HS-50R

Release Agent — Rubber Extrusion & Mold

Water-based, nonionic release agent for rubber processing — extrusion of rubber hose (high- and low-pressure; dilute Water : HS-50R = 90 : 10) and mold release for natural and synthetic rubbers.

  • Excellent lubricating / releasing property
  • Clean surface with excellent gloss after vulcanization
  • Mold release: apply undiluted, sprayed onto the mold before each molding cycle
  • Does not affect the physical properties of rubber
  • Non-corrosive to machines and metal parts
RS-620

Water-Based Anti-Tack Agent

Dust-free, nonionic anti-tack for uncured rubber — tire/CMB, calendering, sheet. Full post-cure adhesion retained; also a mold release.

  • No talc dust — cleaner workshop
  • No interference with vulcanization bonding
  • Dilution adjustable by Mooney viscosity
  • Separate spray recipe for mold release
RC-25

Rubber Surface Cleaner & Process Aid

Low-odor cleaner that removes rubber deposits, release-agent buildup and process residues from molds, mandrels and rolls.

  • Operator-safe, no hazardous fumes
  • Non-corrosive to metal & rubber
  • Concentrated, flexible dilution

Performance Additives

FLAME RETARDANTS · ANTISTATIC AGENTS

Non-halogen flame retardants and antistatic agents for coatings, plastics, cables, electronics and textiles. We recommend by process — tell us your medium and target and we lead with the right grade. TDS on request.

FLAME RETARDANTS

Non-Halogen Flame Retardants — 12 grades

Phosphorus and P+N hybrid chemistry, chlorine/bromine free (per product catalogue), RoHS oriented — for water / oil / UV coatings, PU foam, resins, silicone and textiles.

  • FRO-70 — one grade for both oil & water lines
  • FRP-100 / FRP-300 — dedicated smoke suppression (rail, marine, construction)
  • NC-860 — P+N hybrid for water-based acrylic coatings
ANTISTATIC AGENTS

Antistatic Agents — antistatic to conductive (ESD)

Target a specific surface resistance — from standard antistatic through to the conductive range for ESD trays & packaging. For coatings, plastics / PVC, masterbatch and synthetic textiles.

  • AT-809 — flagship for water/oil PU-PA coatings, lowest dosage
  • AT-109 — oil-based, higher-performance grade for demanding antistatic
  • Conductive (ESD) grade for trays & packaging (conductive filler — opaque parts)
  • RoHS / halogen-free (per catalogue); textile grades APEO/NPEO free
  • English MSDS available; grade matched to your target surface resistance by trial
Applications

Across every stage of rubber processing

From mandrel release on the extrusion line to anti-tack on calendered stock and cleaning between runs.

Automotive & Industrial Hose

Coolant, radiator, turbo, fuel, AC and hydraulic hoses — extrusion release (HS-50R) and mandrel release (HR-908, NEWMOL-A).

Tire & CMB Compounding

Calendering and stacking of uncured stock — dust-free anti-tack (RS-620).

Molded Rubber, Seals & Footwear

Anti-tack on uncured stock before moulding, plus mould and roll cleaning (RS-620, RC-25).

Belts, Technical Goods & Sheet

Anti-tack & process aids for conveyor plies and rubber sheet (RS-620, RC-25).

Process

Where our chemicals fit your rubber line

Each agent is applied at a defined point in your rubber-forming line — not as a stand-alone product. The two flows below cover the applications we serve: sheet / calendering and hose / mandrel forming.

Flow A  ·  Rubber sheet & calendering RS-620  (anti-tack)
Compounding (CMB) Calendering / sheeting RS-620 applied — dip or spray, 5–15% aqueous Stacking & winding Downstream forming Vulcanization

Applied between stacked and wound rubber sheets to prevent self-adhesion. Unlike conventional dusting powders, RS-620 is water-diluted — no airborne dust, no workshop contamination or handling-health concern, and full adhesion is preserved at the later vulcanization step.

Flow B  ·  Rubber hose & mandrel forming NEWMOL-A / HR-908  (vulcanization release)
Compounding (CMB) Extrusion of hose Release agent applied to mandrel (as-is) Hosing over mandrel Vulcanization (curing) Warm-water wash-off (70°C+) Finished hose

NEWMOL-A for EPDM / SBR / NBR hose; HR-908 for ACM / AEM (acrylic) hose. Both are non-silicone, so no silicone film transfers to interfere with subsequent bonding, painting or over-moulding; both suit straight and curved hose and wash off cleanly with warm water above 70 °C.

Manufacturing processes vary by application; the flows above are representative. We are glad to map the correct grade and application point to a specific line on request.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide samples for evaluation?
Yes — we provide free 1–2 kg trial samples with the technical data sheet (TDS), so you can evaluate the grade on your own line before any commercial discussion.
What is the typical delivery term and lead time?
We ship FOB Busan; typical lead time is 5–10 business days.
What documentation do you supply?
TDS accompanies every sample. SDS and COA are available on request as your evaluation progresses.
What does “non-silicone” mean for my process?
No silicone film transfers to the rubber surface — so downstream bonding, painting and over-moulding are not affected. This is the core of our release and anti-tack chemistry (HR-908, NEWMOL-A, RS-620).
How do I choose the right grade?
Tell us your rubber type and process (or, for additives, your medium and target) — we recommend by process rather than pushing a product list, and confirm the fit with a trial sample.
Can we run trials before agreeing commercial terms?
Yes — evaluation comes first. Once your trial confirms the fit, we finalize commercial details such as lot size and packaging together.
